We are now looking for the right person to join our team in the Customers Directorate who can exhibit our values, commitment and motivation to make a positive difference across our districts.

This role will be key to helping to creating the evidence base behind our Customer Transformation agenda across the Councils.  You will work closely with the Corporate Manager for Customer Operations and key internal and external stakeholders to build a single view of our customer through data and insight. You will be adept in data visualisation and using data to drive evidence-based decision making, to help drive forward a culture of digital innovation which brings about high levels of customer service, digital customer journeys and efficiencies.  This is a diverse role that will have considerable impact upon several of our key priorities, focused on customer transformation.  

You will be based at our modern, air-conditioned head office in Ipswich, with a range of facilities and excellent travel links.
