We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and well organised Business Support Officer to work within Psychology & Therapeutic Services to cover maternity leave for up to 1 year.

This large service undertakes work across Statutory, Suffolk County Council commissioned work (beyond the Inclusion Service) and traded work. We are looking for someone to work within the Business Support team to ensure effective delivery of the wide range of work undertaken across the services.

You will have:

  • strong organisational, interpersonal, communication and administration skills
  • the ability to prioritise and multi-task in order to meet competing deadlines
  • excellent attention to detail and accuracy e.g. formatting reports, logging a wide range of information across the professional teams
  • excellent IT skills.

This organisation positively encourages the use of technology to communicate and engage, but on occasions there may be a requirement for you to travel using reasonable and suitable means available to you and agreed by the authority.
