Working in the Make a Change Team (MAC), the focus of this role is on managing information and analysing data.

You will have good IT skills which will allow you to devise and update county and local recording systems, spreadsheets, manage client records, collate data to provide management information, use Liquid Logic system and provide general IT support to the social work team.

You will be able to extract relevant data from the recording systems to produce and provide data reports to demonstrate activity within the teams. Such reports will be used to report to The Local Safeguarding Children’s Board and other meetings which have oversight of social work practice and impact.

You will:

  • have good quality customer care, excellent communication skills are required to be able to communicate with a range of professionals and service users; providing information and advice where appropriate in line with Suffolk's Signs of Safety and Wellbeing Principles.
  • have good organisational and time management skills to organise your workload according to priority.
