The RF Works division of the company operates as a hybrid business across six distinct social businesses in Suffolk. The division combines commercial trade with personal & government funded public services.
RF Works Horticulture, based at Growing Places, Claydon, are looking for a new RF Works Coach (Support Worker) to work Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday to provide coaching and support to people accessing work, skills development, training or employment opportunities within RF Works.
Your day-to-day role will be focused around providing coaching, guidance, training and support as required to either a group or individuals. Providing people with the coaching they need to help them to progress and meet their individual goals, to support people to maintain and improve their wellbeing and, where required, support people with additional communication, mobility and personal care needs.
You will love supporting people with disabilities and / or disadvantages and will be confident in driving a delivery vehicle.
