Working within our busy Tenant Services team, you will manage and monitor the rent accounts of residents, and work closely with the wider team to ensure a coordinated approach is maintained in dealing with the management of rent arrears and debt recovery.

You will work closely with the Financial Inclusion Officer to ensure tenants receive advice and support on Universal Credit and other welfare benefits and budgeting support, as well as taking a proactive approach to ensure swift contact is made when arrears begin to appear.

You should have experience working in a housing environment, with a good understanding of Housing Law, Housing Benefit Regulations and Welfare Rights. Excellent communications skills are also essential to succeed in this role.
