Child Health Screening Practitioner (5 posts)

Fixed term for 6 months.

Our Health, Wellbeing and Children’s Services are keen to appoint motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join their skill mixed school nursing team.

Our School Nursing teams are based throughout Suffolk and have a key role in delivering the Healthy Child Programme and supporting health needs of school age children and their families.

You will be supporting our National Child Health Measurement Programme (NCMP). You will need to travel frequently, so must hold a valid full driving licence and have access to personal transport.

There are 5 full time posts available. Job shares will be considered for 18.5 hours per week and above. All are term time only.
