As a Health and Children’s Centre Coordinator you will be at the forefront of managing change, leading high quality and effective ways of working and managing staff, resources or projects to achieve the best possible outcomes for children, young people and their families in Suffolk.
Suffolk County Council is a leader in integrated working. Health Visiting and Children’s Centre teams have been working successfully as one service since 2015. The Health and Children’s Centre Teams deliver the Healthy Child Programme alongside the Children’s Centre Framework to provide an outstanding quality service with excellent outcomes to families with children from the antenatal period to the age of 5 years.
