Gippeswyk Community Educational Trust is a dynamic educational organisation comprising of Copleston High School, Rose Hill Primary School and Britannia Primary School and Nursery. The HR Administrator will be based in the Trust HR office at Copleston High School.

We are seeking to appoint a part time HR Administrator to join our busy HR team in this fast-growing environment to provide HR support to the Trust schools. You will ideally work 5 hours each day 9am - 2.30pm (with lunch break) for 4 days of the week including Friday. Other working patterns will be considered.

You will be enthusiastic and flexible with a friendly disposition and a genuine interest in people. You will have very good communication skills, both written and oral, and will enjoy working as part of a team. The ability to work professionally and accurately under pressure and to respond to shifting priorities is essential.

Experience of working in HR is essential and a HR qualification is highly desirable.
