Based at our central office in Ipswich, we are looking for an experienced and customer focused Human Resources Manager to advise and support managers on a range of employment related issues within Ormiston Families and for our commercial business, Play Out Childcare.
In this important role, you will manage a small team providing a high level, professional and effective generalist HR service to managers and employees.
Working with the Director of People and Organisational Development you will develop and improve HR processes, systems and policies and procedures, in accordance with organisational and HR strategy.
* actual salary £29,688 - £33,480 (this will progress annually subject to satisfactory performance).
