We are seeking to appoint a Regional Director to provide school improvement support for our West Hub of six primary schools. The Regional Director is responsible for the delivery of our school improvement strategy and core offer of challenge and support to our West Academies, and for the educational performance and compliance of the Hub as a whole.

You will have a proven track record of school improvement across the full primary sector, and will be secure in your knowledge of pedagogy, professional development and the primary assessment frameworks. Experience of leading improvement in the Early Years and Phonics would be an advantage although not essential.

We are looking for someone who is able to develop strong professional relationships with Principals and who is able to lead on the challenge and support for each academy. You will be flexible and creative in your approach and have an unswerving commitment to secure the best educational outcomes for all children and students across the Hub. You will also be committed to working across the trust and taking on a trust wide development role.
