Appointing you (based on your skills and experience) at either:
- Newly Qualified (Grade 5): £27,905
- Experienced (Grade 5): £29,636 - £31,371.
You will, as a part of our Adult Services, carry out high-quality assessments of physical, psychological and environmental needs within the statutory obligations of the directorate. You will work with adults with complex needs and their carers, to assist them with their plan of support and to maximise their potential.

You will hold a key role within a multidisciplinary team comprising of:
- Team Manager
- Senior Practitioners
- Senior Social Workers
- Senior Occupational Therapists
- Social Workers
- Occupational Therapists
- Independence Wellbeing Practitioners.

- Newly Qualified (Grade 5): £27,905 rising to Experienced after ASYE
- Experienced (Grade 5): £29,636 - £31,371
- Senior OT (Grade 6): £32,029 - £34,585
- moving onto team manager level, professional advisor and practice governance roles.
This organisation positively encourages the use of technology to communicate and engage, but in this role you will need to operate across a wide and rural area, so you must either hold a full and current driving licence and have access to personal transport or meet the mobility requirements of the role through other reasonable and suitable means.
You will need a relevant Occupational Therapy qualification and HCPC registration.
