Located at the heart of Melton Village, the school is driven by a strong, nurturing ethos which supports the development of the whole child.

We are seeking to appoint an outstanding, highly motivated and committed Business Manager. Working alongside the Headteacher, you will become part of the Senior Leadership Team and liaise with the governing body where necessary. You will be responsible for the oversight of our budget, the school office, grounds, cleaning and HR as well as any other non-teaching departments.

We are seeking a well-qualified, enthusiastic person to fill this diverse yet rewarding role. The job involves communicating with parents, pupils, school staff and suppliers therefore experience of working in an educational environment would be beneficial (but not essential).

You will have:

  • experience of managing a busy office, preferably within a school
  • a strong commitment to confidentiality and professionalism
  • the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
