Required from January 2020.

Stop looking, you have found your perfect job.

Would you like to join our fabulous, friendly and dynamic team?

We are an amazing two form entry primary school with big ideas.

We care about offering our staff team excellent CPD and close links with a range of schools. We are part of a partnership of schools, all working hard to share best practice and ideas. We have small class sizes, excellent facilities and links with some of the most amazing resources, including the Royal Ballet, Shakespeare in Schools and the fabulous Bury St Edmunds Theatre. We care about our team and as well as plenty of cake and biscuits, we even offer staff meditation sessions.

We are looking for a teacher to join us, who is excited to help us achieve even better outcomes for our delightful, polite and inspiring children. You will be working in KS2, initially Year 4.

We are looking for a team player who is excited to take on a whole school responsibility, to be supported into middle leadership. We like to grow our own leaders, but would consider supporting someone who is an NQT, or in their first few years of teaching.

Can you give us:

  • dedication, enthusiasm and commitment
  • a good knowledge of teaching pedagogy
  • a desire to be research led in your practice
  • teamwork and a commitment to self-development
  • a good level of numeracy, grammar and literacy
  • effective communication skills?

If so, we can offer you:

  • an excellent team of people to work with, in a wonderful atmosphere
  • training opportunities and support
  • friendly, happy children.

We would love to meet you. Call us for a look around to see how lovely we are for yourself. Visits to the school can be arranged by contacting the school office on (01284) 754840.

The application form and job description are available from our school website: www.guildhallfeoffment.org

Alternatively, you can request a copy via email: admin@guildhallfeoffment.suffolk.sch.uk

Interview date: 14 October 2019.

Guildhall Feoffment School is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, young people and vulnerable adults and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment. DBS checks and other pre-employment checks will be required for relevant posts.
