  • 27.5 hpw, 39 weeks per year.
  • Required from September 2021.
  • Fixed term to August 2022, possibility of extension.

The Governors are seeking to appoint an individual that will be part of the strategy for ensuring student progress is supported in response to the impact of Covid 19.  The foundation learning support worker will work in a variety of settings within a framework of school expectations and procedures, supporting students, and on occasions their families and groups, working closely with the SEND department to lead and deliver an alternative curriculum for small groups of students, you would ideally already have experience of KS2 intervention.

You would preferably have experience of working with young people of varying abilities and using SIMS within a school environment, must be organised and an excellent communicator.
