32.5 hpw, 39 weeks per year (term time plus 1 week).

Fixed term until 31 August 2020, with the option to make a permanent contract. 

Required asap, we are looking to appoint someone to join our team of Cover Supervisors. You will support our teaching staff by providing classroom cover, implementing set work, monitoring students and reporting on progress during short term teacher absence. Other duties may include examination supervision and administrative / technical support.

For those wishing to follow a route into teacher training we will be willing to support you every step of the way, including working with your chosen training provider for ITT. Alternatively, if you are looking for a longer-term support role, we can offer ongoing CPD opportunities and the potential to develop yourself within the wider school network. For all staff, we offer a collaborative working environment and excellent management support.

We are looking for committed, enthusiastic applicants with good communication and teamwork skills. Experience of working with young people aged 11+ is desirable but not essential, as is a good degree.

You will be flexible, use your initiative and work effectively under pressure.
