25 hpw, 9am – 2.30pm daily (with a lunch break), 41 weeks per year.

Gippeswyk Community Educational Trust is a dynamic educational organisation comprising of Copleston High School, Rose Hill Primary School and Britannia Primary School and Nursery. We are seeking to appoint a part time HR Administrator to join our busy HR team in this fast growing environment to provide HR support to the Trust schools. The HR Administrator will be based in the Trust HR office at Copleston High School.

You will:

  • be enthusiastic and flexible with a friendly disposition and a genuine interest in people
  • have very good communication skills both written and oral
  • enjoy working as part of a team
  • have the ability to work professionally and accurately under pressure and to respond to shifting priorities (essential).

Experience of working in HR is essential and an HR qualification is highly desirable.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a good administrator looking to further develop a career in HR or the education sector.
