The core working hours are 29.75 hpw, 39 weeks a year (this is term time plus 5 staff training days) for which the pay is £11,720 pa increasing to £12,502 subject to the successful completion of the annual performance review and service needs.

If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you. We need someone who can work alongside pupils and students with additional needs, social and emotional as well as special needs, in order to build resilience and develop strategies to engage with learning.

Are you someone who is:

  • flexible and patient with a passion for getting the best for and from young people
  • able to work on your own initiative
  • able to communicate at all levels
  • competent with numeracy and literacy skills?

If you join us in the Learning Support Department, there is an opportunity to develop specialism in specific learning needs or approaches to learning. We are looking for someone who wants to take the next step in their career and is happy to take on extra responsibilities such as Breakfast Club which begins at 8am and Homework Club which finishes at 4pm, for which additional time will be paid.
