Required 37 hpw, fixed term until 3 July 2020, to work within the IT Services Department at the University.

We are looking for a person with a strong customer service background, who enjoys face-to-face interaction with others and wishes to make a difference to people's days.

Experience of working within an Information Technology related discipline is not required, as on the job training will be provided.

You should note that this is a very hands-on role, with lots of opportunities to interact with staff and students, who work and study at this new and vibrant, University.
