This is an exciting opportunity to join our bank of Relief Workers.
We are looking for enthusiastic people who can make a positive impact on the lives of people experiencing mental health issues. You will be proactive and have the ability to empower others to increase their independence and be able to work collaboratively with people with mental health difficulties and / or complex needs.
As a relief worker, you will work alongside a permanent staff team who provide support for adults with mental health issues. We support people to identify and use their strengths to help manage the things in life they find difficult and thereby promote recovery and independence. We offer a full induction and relevant training.
