You will be working as part of a community outreach team, providing holistic support to people who have mental health issues and in receipt of secondary mental health services.

You will be working as part of a small team, during office hours, Monday - Friday, assisting the Recovery Coordinators, in delivering outreach support within the West Suffolk area.

The role involves mainly lone working, although you will also need to work as part of a team, involving some group work in the community.

You will be required to work in partnership with service users, using the strengths- based approach to engage them with the resources required to achieve their own personal goals.

You will also need to work in partnership with family, friends and carer's, as well as a range of mental health professionals and other partner agencies.

Due to the service covering the whole of the West Suffolk area, access to a vehicle is essential (mileage allowance given).
