If so, we are looking for an enthusiastic individual looking to join our support team at Nowton Park Nursery, Bury St Edmunds.

RF Works horticulture and fulfilment are looking for a new RF Works Coach (Support Worker).

Realise Futures works with people with disabilities and / or disadvantages to realise their potential. You will work alongside and provide coaching and support to people accessing work, skills development, training or employment opportunities within RF Works.

Your day-to-day role will be focused around providing coaching, guidance, training and support as required to either a group or individuals.

You will:

  • provide people with the coaching they need to help them to progress and meet their individual goals
  • support people to maintain and improve their wellbeing and where required, support people with additional communication, mobility and personal care needs.

Through our social businesses, RF WORKS provides work experience, training, skills development and employment in a supportive setting. Success for us is measured by the positive impact on the lives of those we support.

The RF Works division of the company operates as a hybrid business across six distinct social businesses in Suffolk. The division combines commercial trade with personal & government funded public services.

You will love supporting people with disabilities and / or disadvantages and will be confident in adapting and creating meaningful work-based activities.
