An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Suffolk County Council (SCC) Adult Social Care teams as a Social Worker, working from Suffolk.

ACS (Adult Community Services) recruiting countywide for Social Workers.

Our staff are our greatest resource and with you in our team, we can achieve the authority's priorities of enabling everyone to live long, healthy, fulfilling lives whilst safeguarding the most vulnerable people in Suffolk.

We are looking for passionate and enthusiastic Social Workers to join our Adult Social Care teams.
As a Social Worker in Suffolk, you will manage complex caseloads, including risk assessment and purposeful intervention through direct work quality assuring interventions. You will have experience of developing strong working relationships with partners, other agencies and the voluntary sector to deliver improved outcomes.

For this role you will need to a qualified, registered social worker and have completed your Assessed and Supported Year in Employment (ASYE).

We would also welcome applications from Newly Qualified Social Workers.

registration with Social Work England.

All our staff are provided with IT and devices to allow more flexibility in the role and access to systems such as LAS when working with clients.
