Long Stratton Leisure Centre boasts an 80-station state of the art gym, with 2 studios, Café, Soft play, Multi-functional Sports Hall, and a 9-a-side 3G Pitch.

What you'll be doing: 

  • Confidently maintaining a high standard of customer service with all those that visit our centre, and providing first point of contact resolution for all transactional membership and usage enquiries
  • Assisting with tours for prospective members and selling memberships
  • Preparing and serving food and drinks in our café area
  • Assisting in the delivery of events and hospitality across the centre.

You will have:

  • NVQ level 2 in customer care or equivalent experience in a customer-facing environment
  • Excellent customer service skills, including the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
  • Good attention to detail and strong IT skills.
