What you could be part of…
South Norfolk Council took over the management of Framingham Earl Community Sports Centre in April 2020, we intend to start delivering our exciting fun filled Kids Camp every school holiday. Children aged 5 to 15 can enjoy a programme full of activities, as they do at Long Stratton and Wymondham Leisure Centres.
What you’ll be doing…
As a Kids Camp Supervisor, you will be involved with working with the Duty Manager to meet Ofsted requirements and standards, complying with Kids Camp policies and ensuring that the health and safety of children is kept at a consistently high standard. Kids Camp Supervisor role duties include planning, preparing and delivering programmes which include sport and non-sport activities
As an Assistant or Coordinator, you will be making sure parents and children are welcomed to the centre at the start of every day. You will be responsible for monitoring the children you are working with at all times, engaging with them throughout the day and resolving issues as they arise alongside other members of staff and parents. You will also assist the Supervisor/Coordinator in fulfilling their daily responsibilities as necessary.

You must have…
For our Supervisor/Coordinator roles you must have a minimum of a Level 3 qualification in childcare alongside recent experience of working with children and young people in a play work setting. For all roles, you will also need to demonstrate good interpersonal skills, the ability to organise activities, manage workloads, and work effectively in a small team to ensure all customers receive an excellent service.
