What you’ll be doing…

  • Leading the Finance Business Partner team of 4 staff, providing timely and accurate budgetary information, with a commercially focused approach.
  • Producing the annual budgets and medium-term financial strategies.
  • Producing financial information for corporate wide business cases and strategic projects.
  • Acting as Deputy S151 Officer, and providing cover for the Assistant Director of Finance.

You must have…

You will be a qualified CCAB accountant, ideally with post qualification experience in local government. You will be good with the detail, but be able to see the big picture and effectively engage your team in achieving their goals. So, if you have excellent supervisory/management skills we would like to hear from you.
