Required from September 2020.

Raleigh and Admirals Academies are based in Thetford, Norfolk and are part of the Eastern Multi Academy Trust.

Currently composed of 13 primary and 2 secondary academies, the trust is seeking to appoint an inspirational and dedicated Executive Principal to lead both academies in the next stage of their improvement journey.

Reporting to the Director of Primary Education with strong links to the Trust Executive and Breckland Education Committee of the Board of Trustees, the Executive Principal will provide strategic leadership and inspiration for both primary academies, motivating colleagues and ensuring that all available resources are utilised effectively for the education of all children and development of staff.

You will oversee the strategic planning and management of staff, finance, estates and other available resources across both academies to secure strong outcomes and provide an ambitious curriculum for all. You will have a track record that demonstrates an ability to motivate and innovate as well as developing staff to secure highly effective teaching and learning.

The new Executive Principal will also be expected to support wider trust development as a School Improvement Partner with other academies in the Breckland Hub. Experience in this role would be an advantage but not essential.

Experience as a Senior Leader in Primary Education setting is essential.
