Required from April 2020, or sooner.

We are seeking to appoint a highly motivated teacher with enthusiasm and commitment to the whole school to join our KS2 team (initially in Year 5).

You will:

  • be able to inspire and motivate children
  • enjoy working within a supportive team and being a team player
  • have an appetite to want to learn and grow as a professional.

Combs Ford is a two form entry primary school (current roll 390), situated in the market town of Stowmarket. We are a well-equipped school with extensive grounds. In April 2016, Ofsted graded the school as 'Good'.

We have a very friendly and supportive staff and visits to see the school and to discuss the position are encouraged.

Headteacher: Mr Russell Clark BAEd (Hons), Dip Ed, NPQH.
Deputy Headteacher: Mrs Sue Tanner.

The governors take safeguarding seriously and will ensure all appropriate checks are completed before a position is offered.
