Required from 20 April 2020.

Are you a teacher who is enthusiastic, with a real passion for delivering a creative curriculum which stretches and interests pupils?

Would you like to be part of the exciting journey of an outward looking school which has inclusion at its heart?

We require an experienced and talented Lower KS2 Teacher who is resilient, a good team player and has a passion for creative and cross curricular learning.

We are looking for an excellent teacher to join our team and be part of the continued growth and development of our wonderful rural school and ASSET Education (joined by Shotley on 1 September 2018). You will work collaboratively with colleagues and be supported by excellent external advisors and training as well as internal coaching.

You will need to be highly committed, flexible, adaptable, able to learn and reflect, and dedicated to the children at the school to ensure that they continue to make great progress. An interest in leading STEM and / or science would be beneficial but not essential.

You will:

  • relish the challenge of teaching in an ambitious, creative and outward looking school with amazing outdoor learning spaces
  • work with dynamic, forward thinking staff with high aspirations for our children
  • be a teacher who exemplifies outstanding classroom practice, behaviour management and high expectations
  • be committed to life-long learning with excellent CPD opportunities.

Roll: 149.
