The college is proud of continued success at local and national festival and competition level. Being part of the Creative and Performing Art Faculty is busy and highly rewarding. Throughout the year, there is a wide variety of arts events. The annual college musical is a huge success and operates at an equal standard of a west end show. The Easter Extravaganza brings together poetry, literature, dance, music, art and drama. The performance is a celebration of the children’s engagement and experiences within the Arts in front of a large audience of friends, family and local community. A further highlight of the college’s calendar is the annual Arts Festival. The festival runs over a week enabling every child regardless of ability to participate in professional, rich and wide-ranging art forms every day.
From September 2021, we are looking to appoint an outstanding and enthusiastic Prep School Music Teacher, who is inspirational and passionate about teaching, to join our thriving and well-resourced school with a dynamic and diverse curriculum and vibrant, happy and dedicated staffing body. You will have the experience of, or be able to demonstrate the potential to deliver excellence, work within an already successful team and motivate the pupils to achieve their full potential. Experience of teaching music in a school setting, leading music groups and choirs is an advantage, whilst demonstrating confidence and competence in piano.
