We are looking to appoint an inspiring and motivational Assistant Principal to join our Senior Leadership Team.

With the appointment of a new Principal and 33 new members of staff there have been huge changes to the school in the past year including:

  • attendance has jumped up by 2% since this time last year
  • exclusions have dropped by over a half
  • progress is set to rise over the next two years
  • pupil numbers are significantly rising.

We serve a vibrant and diverse group of students who appreciate the improvements that we are making, and we are all determined to take this school to the next level.

We are open to any teaching specialism and will tailor the responsibilities of the role to the best candidate for our team. Therefore, whether you're passionate about pastoral or obsessive over outcomes, if you're the right person then we'll pair the role to you. We are also keen to rotate responsibilities throughout your time with us to ensure that everyone develops their experience.

We are looking for someone with enthusiasm, drive and ambition who is willing to go the extra mile for our students. It is vital that you are a great team player because we believe that working together holds the key to success for our students.

We have the most amazing staff body who are committed and passionate about improving the education of our students. We run several staff clubs including a weekly staff yoga session, squash league, running club, football team and we have a fantastic, brand-new school gym that many of us use before or after school.
